D.O. Cava, Gran Rserva. Macabeo, Parellada i Xarelo-lo. Produced from a blend of Xarelo-lo strains (which aged three years in new oak barrels), Macabeo and Parellada. The fruity aroma at the beginning evolves towards the notes of vanilla and smoke. The wine on the palate is very smooth and creamy. Perfect for meat dishes, roasts and spicy dishes. Serve chilled.
